How the policy works
We are only collecting expressions of interest. First cohort dates are to be announced, applications are not yet open and no place or payment is confirmed. Exact instalment and refund deadlines will be confirmed in writing before any payment link is sent.
If MBLP decides not to run the cohort after any future payment has been taken, that payment will be refunded in full to the original payment method.
A separate seven-day right of withdrawal may apply to distance purchases under Section 17 of our Terms & Conditions. Where that right applies, it takes precedence over the tranche rules below. Please read that section before making a payment.
If the cohort is confirmed and payment opens, this policy applies to every first-cohort Starter Pack participant, whether paying in full or in three instalments. Each fee consists of three tranches: at enrolment, at the first class and on a later date confirmed with the published calendar. A tranche becomes non-refundable once its confirmed payment deadline has passed. Any later tranche paid ahead of its deadline remains refundable until that deadline.
Withdrawal must be notified in writing to enrol@mblp.pro. Any refund will be returned to the original payment method. Any unpaid tranche that has not yet become due is cancelled, so nothing further is owed for it.

If circumstances change
Should your circumstances change and an upcoming instalment become difficult to settle, we would much rather keep you in the cohort than see you leave. Simply reach out to enrol@mblp.pro before the due date, and we will work with you, in confidence, towards an arrangement that allows you to continue.
One-on-one sessions
This policy covers cohort fees only. CV review and interview preparation sessions are booked and paid for separately: they may be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the slot, and the fee is retained inside 24 hours. The full wording is on the one-on-one sessions page.
